How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During high-volume sales or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, like pacifiers and headwear, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I know what size to buy for my baby?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since many of our boutique brands fit differently, we recommend checking the specific measurements provided.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
